Jim,

I want to thank you for the information you gave regarding Jeff Weeden and his Bible Teaching. Thank you for your research and time it took to do it. My in-laws are heavily involved in this teaching as well as my husband's cousin, his wife, his son, and my son's best friend. This has been a VERY difficult thing for us to go through as my brother-in-law has alienated his parents from seeing their grandkids due to their involvment in this teaching. Obviously that's not the way to handle it, but never the less it has torn a very close knit family apart.

My question to you is..........Is there anything we can say or do to help my in laws see the truth, or should I say deception in all this? It is so deceiving and we have been praying for them, but as someone who knows more than we do obviously, is there some questions, or something more we could be doing? I would gladly listen to what you have to say and any more information you may have about this guy and his deceptive Bible Teaching. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you!

No, there is nothing outside of prayer and boldly and lovingly telling them the truth. I would ask them to read the report I wrote. But they probably are already unwilling to hear anything negative about the cult. Second best is that you can take the most powerful arguments from the report and present them to your inlaws verbally. The only hope is "Truth in Love."
